“Pratah Smarami”, composed by Shri Adi Shankaracharyaji, is comprised of three simple, yet extremely profound verses. They provide a glimpse into the Highest Truth and Pure Consciousness, beyond thought and speech. Lifts our mind to the Highest while surrendering the lower in meditation.

These powerful verses highlight the importance of being established in this Truth early in the morning, which has long lasting effects throughout the day. It sets the tune for the entire gamut of thoughts that play during the activities of day to day life. This Knowledge can help tune our vision and mind, enabling us to face life’s challenges with dynamic poise and remain in a state of surrender and unshakeable Peace.
