Chinmaya Mission specialises in teaching spirituality and Hindu culture to all ages from kids, to teens and adults. In this 90 min session, child, teens and adults can attend classes with structured, age appropriate content that ranges from Ramayana, Bhagavatam and the Bhagavad Gita.

The classes aim to impart the ancient wisdom and how it is applied in a modern context for daily living.

Classes are taught in separate rooms at the same time.

Kids and teens classes are taught by trained sevaks and Swami Aparokshanandaji will teach the adult class.
